Thousands of racers leave Fort Boise, headed for Robie Creek in 2006
BOISE - It's deja vu for people trying to register for the Race to Robie Creek.
After a well-publicized crash of the online registration in 2007 - the system appears to be down again in 2008.
Just like last year, AthletesLounge.com is hosting the site - which gives most users a "Page Cannon Be Displayed" error.
Organizers tell NewsChannel 7 that the system is letting some people through - you should keep trying and be patient. Once you get into the online registration, don't hit refresh.
Registration for the race is almost as competitive as the event itself - with people scrambling to secure one of the roughly 2,400 spots in the race. Organizer made registration online-only for the first time last year.
Race to Robie Creek started in 1975, and takes runners through a grueling 13 mile course up Rocky Canyon, over Aldape Summit and down in to the Robie Creek area off Highway 21.
